ARworks Creates Augmented Reality Fashion Show

ARworks has created an augmented reality fashion show for Vodafone. The telecom company chose designers featured at a Gombold Újra fashion show, and 11 designers have pieces displayed in augmented reality display accessible via a QR code with the AR browser Junaio. You can see the entire process unfold in the video below.

As you can see, once the QR code is activated in the Junaio browser, 11 models appear around the user, apparently in the same room. By clicking on the models, they move closer to the screen so it is possible to see the details of each piece.

In addition, users can click a button on the screen that displays information on the designer appears as a separate mobile html page. The augmented reality fashion show uses a special panoramic AR technology, different than image recognition marker and geolocation based AR.
